What I collect when you reach out, why, and the control you keep over it. Short version: only what you choose to send me, no cookies, no tracking.

Who is responsible
This site is run by Juan Camilo Echeverry Marmolejo (Cali, Colombia), the data controller for any personal data you share here. To exercise any of the rights below, or for any privacy question, email camiloem.1105@gmail.com.
What I collect
I only collect personal data you actively give me:
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject, optional engagement type, and the message you write.
- Direct email or phone: whatever you choose to include when you contact me through the links on the site.
- Server logs: like any website, my hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and reliability. This is not used to identify or profile you.
I do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any tracking on this site.
Why I use it, and the legal basis
I use the data you send only to read and respond to your message and, where relevant, to discuss working together. Under the GDPR this rests on your consent (which you give by sending the message) and my legitimate interest in replying to genuine enquiries.
Who processes it
A small number of trusted services help run the site. They process data on my behalf and only as needed:
- Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to my inbox. Your form data passes through their service to reach me.
- Vercel — hosts the site and handles the server logs described above.
These providers may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States. I share your data with no one else and never sell it.
How long I keep it
I keep your message for as long as I need it to handle our conversation and any work that follows. When it's no longer needed, I delete it. You can ask me to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
If you're in the UK, EU, or a region with similar law, you can ask me to:
- access the personal data I hold about you;
- correct it if it's wrong;
- delete it;
- object to or restrict how I use it;
- withdraw your consent at any time.

Changes to this policy
If I change how I handle data, I'll update this page and revise the date at the top.
